They say every population gradually moves towards an equilibrium in the population consistent with the 95-4-1 rule:

  • Ninety-five percent of the people are goody two-shoes. They blindly do what they’re told and never get into trouble.
  • Four percent of the people occasionally step out of their comfort zone and have a little fun; bar fights, vandalism, michief—you know, minor stuff.
  • And then there’s the last one percent: the police nightmare—those of us that live for trouble, maximizing chaos, and living life to the fullest.

I got 96’d three months ago and had plenty of time to just sit and think about this phenomenon. I concluded that they—whoever they are—are right about the rule. However, the rule is based on one falliable prerequisite: the absence of external forces influencing the people one way or another.

I think you can see where I’m going with this.

Can you imagine a society in which my kind—that nice, small 1% that live in the moment—are the majority? Every day would be so exciting, so exhilarating, so… magnificent.

I dreamt about that society a couple nights into my 96, and it was good. That’s why I started this project, this revolution, no—this shift in global paradigm.

I knew it wouldn’t be easy, of course. The 1% of people that normies tend to stray away from are usually the most intelligent in the population, and it’s that distance that makes an influential osmosis from the 1% to the 95% difficult. Oh, and I’m not just saying we’re the most intelligent because I fall into the category; I’m saying it because it’s scientific fact. We don’t concern ourselves with the usual inhibitors: religion, emotion, and concern of what people think. We concern ourselves with doing whatever we want, whenever we want, for whatever reason we want. And with enough planning and thought, we can get away with it, too.

It’s fun. And it works.

Or, it has worked. In just three months I have transformed this city. The process didn’t go exactly how I planned—slightly more fatalities than necessary, and not enough in-moles—but I suppose it worked out in the end. What’s important is that I’ve learned more than any pretend scholar can teach from a book. I now have experience in single-handedly shaping the world around me. I have experience in manipulation and coercion, tapping into the inherently violent nature of the people and their militia for my own agenda. I have experience in making my twisted dreams a reality. Who in academia can even pretend to assume knowledge on that?

That’ll help me when this town has burned out and I need a new playground. Experience will be invaluable for perfecting the art of corrupting populations, and I intend to cultivate that very experience. This town may not last long, but the next one will last longer, and by the time I get to your town you better bet I’ve perfected the art.

Screw the 95-4-1 rule! Sit back and watch me come to town and introduce my own rules: rules that will change the way you live—or don’t. If you don’t like it, you can get out of town. If you choose to stay, brace yourself for the time of your life.

I’m coming.

Expect me.
