According to our records, you have yet to receive the universal Upgrade provided through FJIN Labs. As of January 1st, this upgrade has been made mandatory to all citizens by law code 20938-38A. If our records still indicate that you have not yet received the Upgrade within ten (10) business days from the date stamped above, you may be liable to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, as outlined in law code 20938-38D.

As of May 1st, the benefits of the Upgrade will expand as outlined in the newly passed law code 20952-12A. Public transportation in all areas listed in 20952-12F will be completely removed and replaced with City Cars. Public road usage will be restricted to City Cars. If you wish to sell your current vehicle, please see your nearest Vehicle Lot for details. Every month Citizens will receive 1200 City Miles to use in the City Cars for general local travel. Long-distance miles will be distributed every other month.

As you can see, the FJIN Upgrade will soon be much more than just lawfully required; it will be essential to life. It is in your best interest to receive the Upgrade as soon as possible to avoid future complications.
